The location was incredible to detail from the artwork, not very far from Old Town of Galle and its Fortifications. It was also really close to the historic Fort, many attraction of Galle, nice shops and restaurants and all the other shopping streets.

Had a perfect stay here. I greatly enjoyed the hotel, all the interiors were nice. The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory with a wide range of food. The location was fantastic for traveling around Galle, very close to Right in the heart of Galle so easy to get to other excellent restaurants, transport and the Galle Fort. Had tea and goodies at Tea Breeze, nestled 1 km of the property.

The rooms were amazing and outstanding with the most amazing bath and the beds were lovely. The hotel's position was unique, close enough to ancient Galle, other excellent restaurants, and Taru Villas.

By and large, it was fine base for sightseeing in Galle, had much fun. The food was amazing! Its location was the best, to everything there is to see in Galle, and in a very relaxing area.

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful with stunning architecture and furnishings that will make you feel like you're living in a 17th-century villa. The location is perfect for exploring everything in and around Galle Fort, including the variety of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was outstanding. The pool and garden area are lovely, ideal for a relaxing afternoon in a tropical setting.

There was occasional noise from the surrounding schools and neighboring hotel terrace, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

I recently stayed at Taru Villas Rampart Street - Galle Fort and it was an exceptional experience. The property itself is a beautifully styled boutique hotel with a unique Dutch villa vibe. The room I stayed in had a wonderful garden view and was spacious and clean. The dining area and sitting area near the pool were very relaxing. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location within Galle Fort was also very convenient for exploring. I highly recommend Taru Villas Rampart Street - Galle Fort for a fantastic stay in Galle.

The bathroom configuration in one of the rooms was a little inconvenient, with access only via the balcony and exposed to bugs. However, this is to be expected in an old colonial house.
